Product details, use and care

The 46110 is a vacuum motor used for battery operated applications. It operates at 24V and draws 450W of power.

A-Z Chem stocks the motor brushes for this motor. We can maintain this product with the aforementioned brushes, but if the motor has burnt then A-Z Chem would not be able to facilitate any further repairs.

This product comes with a 3 month warranty, only if the motor was put into a machine by A-Z Chem staff. If the motor is bought and A-Z Chem was not responsible for the repair, then a warranty cannot be issued for the motor.

Maintenance of Motor

The carbon brush of the motor must be checked by professional every 3 months.

Malfunction of Motor

1. The dust bag is too dirty / Clean the dust bag drastically.
2. There are too much waste in the dust bag or in the machine / take out all the waste.
3. The suction hose or the tank connector was jammed / Clear out the jam

Warranty and support

This product carries a 6-month replacement warranty, subject to assessment, correct operation and the warranty conditions below. Warranty service is coordinated through A-Z Chem and handled under the authorised warehouse warranty process.

Warranty conditions

• Vacuum motors must be replaced by authorised technical staff in the case of a repair
• Motors must not have any dust or particles on or inside them
• Brushes (2) at the side of the motor must not show any burn marks
• Plates at the bottom of the motor must not show any movement or shifting on the body
• The motor must not indicate that any water have reached the motor
• The motor must not indicate that it had overheated at all
• The outer body of the motor must be in a new condition showing no physical damage
• Warranty is only valid if the motors were installed by authorised technical staff

After your online order and payment are received, we will collect the item from our warehouse.
