Shipping Options

To meet the needs of our customers, we offer:

  • Standard Delivery – 3 to 5 business days

  • Express Delivery – 1 to 2 business days (available for urgent orders)

All deliveries are managed by Fastway Couriers, ensuring efficiency and nationwide reach.

Delivery Areas

We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa through Fastway Couriers. Whether you are in an urban, peri-urban, or rural area, Fastway ensures your order gets to you safely and on time.

Please note: We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes or international addresses.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery location, parcel size, and selected delivery option. While we do not offer free shipping at this time, we strive to keep rates affordable without compromising on service quality.

Shipping Limitations

While we aim to deliver within the specified timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, strikes, or courier network disruptions.

Machine Warranty Transport Costs

For warranty claims involving cleaning machines or equipment, the customer is responsible for all courier, collection, delivery, packaging and transport costs required to send the machine to A-Z Chem for inspection or repair and to return the repaired or replacement machine to the customer. These transport costs are not covered by the product warranty unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by A-Z Chem in writing. Customers must contact A-Z Chem before returning any machine so that the return can be authorised and the correct delivery instructions can be provided.
