A-Z Chem Returns & Refund Policy

At A-Z Chem, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—within the terms outlined below.

Returns Eligibility

You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The item is in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Please note: Used, opened, or damaged items are not eligible for return unless there was an error on our part.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our side (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Please do not send back any items without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-blended or made-to-order chemical products

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers

  • Opened liquids or bulk industrial containers

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect all orders before shipping. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Include clear photos and a brief description.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra charge to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to swap a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
