Product details, use and care

This machine is a heavy-weight vacuum cleaner used primarily for carwashes, but could be used for any application where the machine should work for extended periods of time without needing to clean the machine periodically due to a small container.

The machine operates three 220V vacuum-motors, available at 46103 - VACUUMMOTOR 2S.

A-Z Chem stocks parts and spares for this product and have the facilities to repair.

This product comes with a 6 month warranty, limited to the repair of the product and not the replacement thereof. Usage of the machine will also be taken into account.

Warranty and support

This product carries a 6-month repair warranty, subject to assessment, correct operation and the warranty conditions below. Warranty service is coordinated through A-Z Chem and handled under the authorised warehouse warranty process.

Warranty conditions

• The vacuum cleaner must be in a brand-new condition in its original packaging
• Vacuum motors must be replaced by authorised technical staff in the case of a repair
• Motors must not have any dust or particles on or inside them
• Brushes (2) at the side of the motor must not show any burn marks
• Plates at the bottom of the motor must not show any movement or shifting on the body
• The motor must not indicate that any water have reached the motor
• The motor must not indicate that it had overheated at all
• The outer body of the motor must be in a new condition showing no physical damage
• The filter must be in an unused condition
• The machine must be in a new condition having no physical damage to any of its parts

Ordering, delivery and collection

Online order item - delivery or collection from A-Z Chem Montana. This product is not normally held at our Montana store. After your online order and payment are received, we will collect the item from our warehouse. You can have the product delivered, or collect it from our Montana store once we notify you that it is ready. Please wait for the ready-for-collection notification before visiting the store.

Machine delivery options

Fastway courier delivery is calculated at checkout from the recorded shipment weight. Collection from A-Z Chem Montana is also available. If this product is ordered with a controlled large machine, the cart will ask whether the Fastway items must ship separately or be held with the machine arrangement.

Warranty transport costs

The customer is responsible for courier or transport costs connected to warranty returns, including delivery of the product to A-Z Chem or the nominated service location and return transport after assessment or repair, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Contact A-Z Chem before returning a machine so that the return can be authorised and the correct delivery instructions can be provided.
